1. How do I request a reprint of a previous bill?

Just click on the "Reprint Request" link in the "Reprint My Bill" section. The system will ask you to authenticate your identify as a NorthernTel customer. Consult Support on Authentication for more details on this topic.

After the authentication step, you can select the bill, or bills, you wish to have reprinted.

2. Is there a charge for requesting a reprint of a telephone bill?

There is no charge for requesting a bill reprint if it pertains to the last three months billed. A $5 charge applies per bill for all other previous months. The bills reprinted by NorthernTel are considered original bills.

However, if you have a printer, you can print out your bills yourself from the "View My Bill" section of this site. Please note, however, that this printout of your telephone bill will not be accepted as an original.
